How do I book Bingkai for my weddings?To secure our services for your special day, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required. Please contact us to check availability and initiate the booking process.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?Deposits are non-refundable once paid. However, in the event of cancellation, we provide a voucher equivalent to the total amount paid, which is eligible for redemption within 6 months for any Bingkai Photovisuals service

Can I postpone my wedding photography session?Yes, you can postpone without penalty if the request is made more than 3 months before the scheduled event. Postponements within 3 months may be subject to additional charges

Can we meet with you beforehand?Yes Please! We prefer meeting with our clients before the big day. This will help with alignment of the event flow and most importantly for both parties to get to know each other better.

Do you shoot other events other than weddings?Of course! We also provide services for corporate events, birthday parties, and fashion too!

When can I expect to receive my final edited images?Depending on the package your booked for (Basic or Premium) where Basic would be 12 weeks and Premium would be 4 weeks. This is ofcourse subjected to revisions.

By opting for this service, you can receive your edited content in a shorter turnaround time. The additional cost associated with fast edit services reflects the priority and efficiency provided to meet tight deadlines.
