How do I book Bingkai for my weddings?Just drop us a message through our [Contact Form] or DM us on Instagram. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, understand your event, and tailor a quote that fits. Easy and personal.

How much do your packages cost?Packages vary based on coverage hours and deliverables. Most couples go for our 6-hour or 10-hour photo + video packages, starting from RM6,500. If you’re planning multi-day events, we’ll suggest a custom quote that’s more cost-efficient.

What if I need to cancel or postpone?We understand things happen. Postponements: No penalty if your new date is still available. Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable, but if we find another client for your date, we’re happy to partially refund or roll it over.

Can we meet or chat before the wedding?Yes — we encourage it. Whether it’s a quick video call, voice note exchange, or coffee meet-up, we want to understand your vibe before the shoot.

Do you cover events other than weddings?Yes, occasionally. We’ve covered engagement parties, tea ceremonies, family sessions, and intimate events. Just let us know what you’re planning and we’ll advise accordingly.

When can I expect to receive my final edited images?It depends on the package you booked: Premium Package: Photo gallery in 3–4 weeks, full film in 6–8 weeks Basic Package: Delivery within 10–12 weeks These timelines may shift slightly depending on the number of revisions or our project queue, but we’ll always keep you updated.

What’s considered “fast edit service”?It’s an optional add-on for couples who want their full gallery or film delivered within 1–2 weeks. This requires reshuffling our edit queue and working overtime, so we only offer limited fast-edit slots each month.

Is it worth getting fast edit?If you want to relive the day while it’s still fresh — or have another event coming up where you want to share the photos/film — yes, it’s worth it. Otherwise, our normal timeline still ensures quality and care.

How does the payment structure look like?Our payment policy is as follows: 20% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your date 60% payment due 4 weeks before the event 20% balance upon delivery of the final product We’ll send reminders ahead of each stage, so you don’t have to worry about tracking it all.
