Once your booking is submitted, we’ll review the details and send you a confirmation within 24–48 hours. We’ll also follow up to clarify any event flow, location, or special requests

Packages vary based on coverage hours and deliverables. Most couples go for our 6-hour or 10-hour photo + video packages, starting from RM6,500. If you’re planning multi-day events, we’ll suggest a custom quote that’s more cost-efficient.

Yes — we encourage it. Whether it’s a quick video call, voice note exchange, or coffee meet-up, we want to understand your vibe before the shoot.

We recommend starting with what fits your event duration and priority. If you’re unsure, just leave a note during booking — we’ll review and guide you accordingly when we follow up.

We understand things happen.

• Postponements: No penalty if your new date is still available.

• Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable, but if we find another client for your date, we’re happy to partially refund or roll it over.

It depends on your package:

• Basic Packages: Up to 12 weeks

• Premium Packages: Up to 4 weeks We’ll always try to deliver earlier if possible!

It’s an optional add-on for couples who want their full gallery or film delivered within 1–2 weeks. This requires reshuffling our edit queue and working overtime, so we only offer limited fast-edit slots each month.

If you want to relive the day while it’s still fresh — or have another event coming up where you want to share the photos/film — yes, it’s worth it. Otherwise, our normal timeline still ensures quality and care.

Our payment policy is as follows:

• 20% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your date

• 60% payment due 4 weeks before the event

• 20% balance upon delivery of the final product

We’ll send reminders ahead of each stage, so you don’t have to worry about tracking it all.

Yes, occasionally. We’ve covered engagement parties, tea ceremonies, family sessions, and intimate events. Just let us know what you’re planning and we’ll advise accordingly.
